BubblePlot - WA State Climate

This sample application demonstrates a ChartControl with single chart, containing 10 defined series.  Each series represents one of 10 cities (or areas) in the state of Washington.  Some of these locations are on the eastern side of the Cascade Mountains, and some are on the western side - and one (Mt Rainer) is a mountain location itself.

In this example, the bubble size denotes the average monthly Precipitation. Bubble intensity is set at 200.

Things to note:

The Chart has its parent ChartPanel set to have an image that is "stretched" to fill the background of the panel.  The chart itself has its background color to White, with the alpha value set to 190.

The chart has 2 Titles defined at the top of the chart, aligned centered, and set to wrap if needed.

The Crosshair label has its content supplied by the application, to provide the name of the city, the month, and the average precipitation for that month.
