This installer is only for Real-DOS of DS-XG. Type "install", then it allows you to install DOS setup utility and TSR for Real-DOS environment. It requires PC/PCI (so called SBLink) or DDMA support of PCI Chipset. It is possible to customize the default of "setupds.exe" by editing "ds.ini'.
