NOTE: A bi-directional printer cannot be directly connected to the LPT-dongle. When running more than 2 graphic instrument modules on one PC add 32 Mb extra memory per instrument ------------ Installation ------------ This software is delivered on one (1) CD-ROM which is capable of autorun. ASTM when TCP >= 1. * Add stop position for hardness test. * Capture data from COM port and place results into a file. -------------- Known Problems -------------- -Windows 2000 default settings caches files locally and does not commit files immediately. This might effect INI, SYS and CFG files, where a read might fail after a write. Set File Caching to Off and File Commit to On. -Dongle-less systems on Novell server: only supported when the Novell client is used on at least one of the workstations, that will act as the "dongle-server". Otherwise the system can not be supplied without dongle. -Uninstalling Novell client may result in the software no longer starting. Please remove the "left-over" Novell-files CALWIN32.DLL and NETWIN32.DLL from the \WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory (so far detected on W'98 systems). -We no longer support UNC paths. -(MV2000 var speed) Stress-relaxtion calculation only works on positive curves, so always make the 2nd part of the test clockwise (CW) to prevent problems. -D2020 Drivers. Install from ECLIPSE CD. \Tools\LabJack\LabJackUDSetupV274.exe. - 16-bit Eclipse installer will not work on 64bit operating systems ============================= Eclipse Standard version 8.50 25-March-2011 ============================= This README includes the following information: * Compatible Versions * Minimum Requirements * Installation * New Features * Known problems * Other Recent Feature Additions * Configuration * Supplement to product documentation ---------------------- Compatible Versions ---------------------- Win 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000 XP, Vista (32-bit), Windows7 (32-bit).
