- Fixes data overruns the buffer.
-    The root cause is that the INTP-222 error being generated has a cause code of INTP-480.   When the error log data is generated on the controller, the data overruns the buffer.  I tried several ways to handle it on the Robot Server side with no luck.   By the time the Robot Server gets the data, it is corrupt.  It also corrupts other alarms when the whole log is synchronized.
