By mating the most powerful
derivative of our latest generation
V12 engine to a new seven-speed
Sportshift III Automated Sequential
Manual (ASM) transmission,
we have created a Vantage of
unprecedented ferocity. Together
with a new three-stage Adaptive
Damping System (ADS), uprated
Carbon Ceramic disc brakes,

The heart of the V12 Vantage S
beats with the passion of a
purebred racer. And with good
reason, for when the original V12
Vantage was launched in 2009
Aston Martin entered a road
registered example in the legendary
Nürburgring 24-hour race. With
few modifications, mandatory
safety equipment and slick racing
tyres, it scored an historic class
victory and finished 21st overall
from a starting grid of more than
200 purpose-built racing cars.
Since then the V12 Vantage has
become the basis of Aston Martin
Racing’s formidable V12 Vantage
GT3 racer; a car that is winning
at the highest level in GT
championships around the world.
Exploiting that enviable racing DNA
to deliver a heart-pounding driving
experience, the new V12 Vantage S
fuses the poise, precision and
control of a modern racer with
the visceral rush and unfiltered
tactility of a classic driver’s car.
It also packs a greater visual punch
thanks to a bold new Carbon-Fibre
front grille, which has been honed
to optimise the car’s aerodynamic
balance and increase cooling
airflow to the engine. Optional
lightweight forged alloy wheels
reduce unsprung weight at each
corner and further sharpen the
looks, while striking paint and
graphic options emphasise its
extreme character and racing roots.

There has never been an Aston Martin quite
like the V12 Vantage S. In fact we are proud
to say its top speed of 205 mph makes
it the fastest series production model
in our 100-year history. The key to this
sensational uplift in performance is the
unique combination of our latest generation
6.0-Litre V12 engine and seven-speed
Sportshift III automated sequential manual
(ASM) transmission.
Peak power and torque increase by 55 bhp
and 20 Nm respectively, but performance
is further boosted by a more generous
spread of torque across a wider rev range.
These gains – as much as 40 Nm at 2500
rpm – endow the V12 Vantage S with
tremendous low and mid-range muscle.
When coupled to the immediacy and
perfectly spaced ratios of the paddle-shift
gearbox it results in explosive acceleration
– 0-60 mph takes just 3.7 sec – and an
intoxicating sense of boundless power.
